Ingredients

  • 10 mls of fresh Lemon juice
  • 2 Mint Sprigs plus one for Garnish
  • 15 mls of Simple Syrup
  • 60 mls of Grapefruit Soda
  • Pink Grapefruit slice for Garnish
  • Old Fashioned Glass
  • Crushed Ice
  • Muddler

Instructions

WOW! This may change your perception of Amaro. . . It's amazing!!!!

First, start with getting your old fashioned glass. Muddle the Lemon juice and 2 Mint sprigs.

Add Cynar, Simple Syrupand Crushed Ice, Stir.

Top up with the Grapefruit Soda.

Garnish with the Pink Grapefruit slice and Mint.

Serves One.
