Try using beer as a new addition to your cocktail mixing, it's GREAT FUN!!!!

Great with salads, chicken and mild yet peppery or even tangy cheeses like Pepper Jack or Feta.

It's important to use while ales with an ABV rating of at least 4% to 7%. For a real twist we are using a Weisse Beer for this cocktail.

Lets start by combining all the ingredients and gently shake with ice. Strain over ice cubes, garnish with a Lemon twist.
