Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe mango, peeled and coarsley chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon caster sugar
  • 3 cups ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth. Pour into chilled cocktail glasses. Serves 4.
