Cynar Julep
Ingredients
- 60 mls Cynar Aperitive 700ml
- 10 mls of fresh Lemon juice
- 2 Mint Sprigs plus one for Garnish
- 15 mls of Simple Syrup
- 60 mls of Grapefruit Soda
- Pink Grapefruit slice for Garnish
- Old Fashioned Glass
- Crushed Ice
- Muddler
Instructions
WOW! This may change your perception of Amaro. . . It's amazing!!!!
First, start with getting your old fashioned glass. Muddle the Lemon juice and 2 Mint sprigs.
Add Cynar, Simple Syrupand Crushed Ice, Stir.
Top up with the Grapefruit Soda.
Garnish with the Pink Grapefruit slice and Mint.
Serves One.
