Lemoncello Crush
Ingredients
- Scoop of Lemon Sorbet (Add to obtain desired consistancy)
- Crushed Ice
- Standard 148ml Martini Glass
- Shaker
Instructions
This is Italy in Summer on the Beach!!
Fill shaker 3/4 full of crushed ice. Add 2 scoops of Lemon Sorbet. Add in the Prosecco followed by the lemoncello.
Shake vigorously and pour straight into a chilled Martini Glass.
This drink works so well in Summer and for better results times all the ingredients by the amount of people you are catering for and simply blend the content`s in a Blender add Sorbet and Ice to the consistancy of a slushi.
