Ripe, silky, and mouth-coating fruit tannins with dense fine-grained oak provide a textual balance to contour the wine's opulence. The fine acidity and savoury mineral structure support the wine's long, lasting and abundant flavour.

'Shadrach'.The Cabernet Sauvignon continues to reach new heights with the release of the 2013 Shadrach from an outstanding vintage. The majority of grapes were sourced from my Corryton Park vineyard, one of the highest and coolest in the Barossa region, which provides perfect conditions for producing wines with great finesse, intensity and structure. The portion from the Barossa floor contributes to a full and generous palate, and together with 21 months in the finest French oak, this wine can be enjoyed for well over a decade. Grant Burge
