Highgate Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir Cuvee
Green apple and citrous aromas are supported by creaminess. The palate is dominated by ripe chardonnay, which gives the wine a creamy, round mouth feel with some nice citrusy characters, while the Pinot Noir adds some acidity, allowing the wine to finish clean, crisp, refreshing, and perfect for sharing.
-
Jacobs Creek Pinot Chardonnay Sparkling
Jacob's Creek Chardonnay Pinot Noir consistently out shines the more expensive opposition for freshness and vibrancy. The citrus and toasted cashew flavours of Chardonnay are married beautifully to the fresh bread crust characters of Pinot Noir.

The tirage age contributes aromas of nougat and roasted nuts, whilst Pinot Noir fruit shows delicate strawberry. The palate is well balanced with delicate fruit flavours, creaminess from the fine bead mousse and fresh acid. The wine finishes dry and light with lingering flavours of citrus and nougat.

Leeuwin Estate Brut
Lifted ripe nashi pears, lemon, quince, and melon, lying beneath are notes of freshly grown lavender blossom with hints of sweet baked apple pie crust and cassia bark from the wines time on yeast lees in bottle. A lovely textural palate is evident immediately, showing quince, subtle lime and just caramelized nougat.

Lisa Mcguigan Limited Edition Black Moscato
This moscato has a salmon colour that has an aroma of rose petal, the pink colour comes from the wine spending a short time on Pinot Noir skins. On the palate turkish delight and sweet. Mainly a muscat grape variety.
-
Petersons Sparklng Chardonnay Pinot
Fresh citrus and berry fruit aromas abound but meld with some lovely softer yeast autolysis characters. Hints of fresh baked bread and roasted nuts from the ageing on yeast lees provide a great contrast. This shows great balance between the creamy mouth feel of the yeast characters and the crisp citrus character from the natural fruit acidity. The sugar dosage highlights the classic sparkling wine varietal characters, citrus from the Chardonnay and berries of Pinot Noir.
Whilst still full flavoured, the wine is fresh and has abundant acidity for a long clean finish. Light to medium intensity – great with seafood and white meat dishes.

-

Raspberry, cherry and peach flavours on the creamy palate — a tinge of pink —and a crisp, dry finish.

Tamburlaine Preservative Free Sparkling Nv
Pale gold in colour with pink highlights, and lively bubbles. The nose is vibrant with effervescent citrus and pink lady apple aromas, and maybe a touch of fennel seed. More lemony citrus and apple/pear flavours on the palate, and although it is quite dry, the acid is not searing, but well balanced with the richness. A lovely textural mouth-feel coming from the lees contact during making. The finish had decent length with some nutty complexity.
