Vinci Rossovivo Nero Davola Sicilia
Brilliant ruby red with violet reflections. Ample and pleasant fruity and spicy notes reminiscent of cherries, morello cherries, wild berries and vanilla. Soft, balanced, rightly tannic, with excellent acidity and overall final persistence. Perfect to accompany main courses based on white, roasted or grilled red meats, also ideal with cured meats and spicy soft cheeses

Deep ruby red. Remarkably fine and delicate, very distinctive, subtly spicy with hints of violets. Dry, full-bodied, with a perfect complement of tannins.

Zaccagnini Ikebana Rosso Novello
A fantastic carbonic maceration wine, an authentic Italian ‘Vino Novello’, a young wine produced in exactly the right traditional way, macerating all the grapes as whole bunches, and not just in part. It’s the Novello in the Tralcetto range, the iconic wine collection from Ciccio Zaccagnini, known for its strong attachment to the land and its easily recognisable bottles due to the little vine twig attached to or embodied on the neck. A single varietal made from Montepulciano grapes, totally captivating, fragrant and delicious, light-bodied, fresh and very easy to drink.

Zenato Alanera Rosso Veronese
Light Spiced, this medium bodied red exhibits a fresh and well-knit range of black raspberry and cassis fruit, with hints of sweet brown bread and mineral. Shows lovely balance and good drive through to the lingering finish.

- Showing deep ruby red, it releases intense aromas laden with rich spice and dried fruit; in the mouth it is a wine of superb richness and majestic flavours. Serve at cool room temperature, uncorking the bottle at least one hour beforehand. The perfect wine for all roasts and game, as well as for aged cheeses.

80% corvina veronese, 10% rondinella, 10% sangiovese. Deep ruby red, it offers rich, elegant, lingering scents; it is crisp and dry in the mouth, well structured, with a lovely, velvety texture.

Zenato Valpolicella
Produced from a blend of corvina, rondinella, sangiovese, and molinara grapes sourced in Negrar, Sant’Ambrogio, Pedemonte, Fumane, San Pietro in Cariano, all coomunes in the province of Verona. With a ruby red hue, it releases an elegant almond-scented bouquet, classicly Valpolicella; the palate shows dry and full-flavoured, with an excellent, velvet-contoured structure. Can be cellared several years. 80% corvina veronese; 10% rondinella; 10% sangiovese. Ideal with roasts.

60% Corvina, 30% Rondinella, 10% Molinara
Deep ruby red colour with a vibrant and fruity bouquet , showing hints of well-ripened fruit and spices. The palate is long, velvety and well rounded.
Pairs well with roast venison or grilled leg of lamb and matured cheese.
