Rosnay Triple Blend Organic Free Low Sulphite
The Triple Blend is Rosnay’s signature red wine. It is made for balance and complexity through blending, rather than expressing pure varietal character. The current blend combines the bold and rich fruit of Cabernet Sauvignon, the spice and pepper of Shiraz, and the velvet texture of Merlot. The Triple Blend is made with minimal intervention, no fining agents, low sulfur and minimal oak. The 2008 and 2011 both have a solid body but still some clean, firm tannins with soft edges and plenty of fruit.

Sacred Hill Cabernet Merlot
Lifted aromas of blackberries and cassis with underlying mint and hints of milk chocolate oak. A soft medium bodied wine with layers of berry and cassis fruit on the fleshy palate with soft supple tannins and touches of chocolate oak to complement the fruit.

Fresh juicy summer berry aromas with a hint of spice. Vibrant berry and cherry flavours with touch of rose petal and spice. This Rosé finishes with a touch of sweetness and a lingering acid finish.

Ripe red fruits, dark plums with a gentle oak overtone. A medium bodied wine that is round and flavoursome in the mouth with soft tannins and lingering blackcurrant flavour. An appealing array of red fruits and dark plums combine with savoury notes, balanced acidity and vanillin oak overtones.

Schild Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
Deep dark ruby in colour. Aromatically the wine is marked both by lifted primary fruit notes of dark plum and blackcurrant along with more savoury glimpses of graphite pencil lead and cedar wood spice. Flavours of black cherry and chocolate are framed by an ever present but superfine tannin frame providing a genuine sense of poise and balance as the wine travels through.

Whilst enjoyable immediately, the natural acid backbone freshens the wine and the integrated tannins provide the structure that will reward careful cellaring.
