The No. 8 Pinot Noir displayed a rich medium to very bright red colour. On the nose its fragrant red berry fruit characters have beautiful upright complexity. The flavour has excellent fruit density, with soft mouth filling characteristics. This Pinot Noir has abundant length of bright fruit varietal flavours and texture on the palate; it's complex, complete and with age comes further development.

warm and dry, with good structure, slinky tannins and a long aromatic finish. A mineral undercurrent on the aftertaste. Pairs well with structured red meats and medium-aged and mature cheeses.
