Firm, crunchy, and fruity kalamata olives. Grown on Rosnay using certified organic and biodynamic methods, these olives are picked at early to medium maturity before they are black, in order to get firmer, nuttier olives.

The Triple Blend is Rosnay’s signature red wine. It is made for balance and complexity through blending, rather than expressing pure varietal character. The current blend combines the bold and rich fruit of Cabernet Sauvignon, the spice and pepper of Shiraz, and the velvet texture of Merlot. The Triple Blend is made with minimal intervention, no fining agents, low sulfur and minimal oak. The 2008 and 2011 both have a solid body but still some clean, firm tannins with soft edges and plenty of fruit.

The palate opens with ripe red berries, black cherry, sour cherry and spiced plum notes, with an underlying nuance of almond, tar and gravelly minerals; the mid-weight fruit is supported by classic crunchy Asti acid and fine but persistent tannins.

Cherry jam is a sweet, tangy spread with a vibrant red color. Its smooth, rich texture balances the tartness of cherries with a burst of fruity, aromatic flavor—perfect for spreading or baking.
