This recognition confirms that Sibona products are among the best, not only in Italy but also internationally and supports the business philosophy - their love and passion for distillation and the utmost attention to quality.  Sibona Grappa Di Barolo is made from Nebbiolo grape variety from the historical vineyards of the Barolo region, Italy.  This Grappa is light amber in colour with an intense bouquet of sweet and soft spicy notes.  To the palate it reveals itself as ripe, deep and velvety, that are balanced with harmonious woody notes. This Grappa is well rounded and has a long finish. Traditionally, Grappa is served chilled in small tulip glass and served after a meal, as the Italians believe that it aids digestion. It can be also added to espresso to make a “Caffe Corretto”, or serve it on the rocks with a slice of orange and a sprig of mint as a great aperitif.
