Our Natural Lager is exactly what the name suggests. Four ingredients go in and this beer comes out. Just hops, malt, water and yeast - we do not even filter it. Because of that, our version has a hazy golden appearance that makes it different from most other lagers. The three varieties of noble Australian hops we add give off a subtle citrus aroma and provide very light bitterness. With a gentle, dry finish the Natural Lager is an easy-drinking beer that is best enjoyed cold when the weathers hot.

A fantastic carbonic maceration wine, an authentic Italian ‘Vino Novello’, a young wine produced in exactly the right traditional way, macerating all the grapes as whole bunches, and not just in part. It’s the Novello in the Tralcetto range, the iconic wine collection from Ciccio Zaccagnini, known for its strong attachment to the land and its easily recognisable bottles due to the little vine twig attached to or embodied on the neck. A single varietal made from Montepulciano grapes, totally captivating, fragrant and delicious, light-bodied, fresh and very easy to drink.

Showing deep ruby red, it releases intense aromas laden with rich spice and dried fruit; in the mouth it is a wine of superb richness and majestic flavours. Serve at cool room temperature, uncorking the bottle at least one hour beforehand. The perfect wine for all roasts and game, as well as for aged cheeses.
