This quality sparkling wine with fine bubbles comes from the best grape varieties: Chenin, Chardonnay, Ugni blanc. The grapes are harvested at the end of the night and benefit from gentle pressing. Temperature control and aging on lees allow the vinification of a fresh, aromatic and balanced wine, suitable for the subsequent foaming.

Victoria Bitter (VB) has long been Australia’s favourite beer, and is specially brewed to deliver full flavour when ice cold, making it the ideal beer for the Australian climate. VB is a full flavoured, full strength beer at 4.9%; the gentle fruitiness of the aroma compliments the sweet maltiness in the mouth which in turn balances perfectly with the clean hop bitterness of the finish.

Our canned light tuna is made with Yellowfin. These fish can measure up to 2 meters and weigh up to 200 kilograms. They have a robust, scaly body that tapers gently to the tail. Their distinctive yellow fins allow them to be easily distinguished from other species of the same family. This migratory fish is caught by large boats in the Atlantic, Pacific, and Indian oceans. It is frozen on board to preserve its quality until it arrives at the factory, where it is processed and canned.
