Wild Turkey is real Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey that through its distilling, barrelling, ageing, and bottling processes maximizes the flavour experience.

Small Batch Wild Turkey Rare Breed is a barrel proof whiskey, meaning no water is added during the bottling process. It is a marriage of Wild Turkey 6, 8 and 12 year old Bourbons aged in white oak barrels with a #4 alligator char. Rich oak notes on the nose give way to caramel, chocolate with hints of floral and fruit notes. Warm butterscotch and vanilla on the palette and a finish of fruit, spices and lingering caramel sweetness.

Lifted fruits of raspberry, plum, mulberry and blackberry. The rich fruits are mixed with dried herbs with a violet lift. The palate is bright and juicy with plum and dark berry fruits. The rich, succulent fruit is framed by fine tannins providing a wine of lovely weight and balance. Braised veal with gnocchi, a vegetable medley and red wine jus.

Full depth with a red crimson hue. The bouquet is of medium to full intensity with bright berry and plum fruits with a seaspray tang that is typical of Yalumba The Menzies. The palate is full bodied and rich, opening with plush red fruits yielding a textured mid-palate and yielding to a lengthy finish.
