It is the most original and traditional version of the Prosecco. Vinification is carried out without added sulphites and it becomes “frizzante”, slightly sparkling, for natural fermentation and it is “col fondo”, on the lees, with the deposit represented by the natural yeasts of the wine, that give a fragrant bread crust aroma.

Creamy foam, light straw yellow color, intense bread crust aroma, harmonious taste, fresh, dry and with a medium body.

Our Extra Dry not only has a nice minerality to it but also has an energy that runs throughout this sparkling wine. Along with the typical
characteristics of Prosecco, aromas of fruit and flowers, our Extra Dry Prosecco has a wonderful acidity thanks to it calcareous nature.

Excellent for an aperativo during Happy Hour with hors d’oeuvres, but also with ethnic and sweet and sour dishes.

Lightly floral aromatics of honeysuckle and apple blossom with a well balanced palate. Jasmin and lemon, sweet fruit palate. Very ripe, almost tropical fruit and fine intensity.

This flavourful Prosecco has a fresh, delicate creamy texture with a soft, fruity fragrance. It is deliciously dry, balanced with soft fruit flavours of crisp green apple, white peach and ripe pear. It is an absolutely refreshing and enjoyable sparkling wine suitable for informal gatherings or that special occasion.
