Suze 1 Litre
For generations, Suze has been renowned for its original recipe and traditional production. Its aromatic complexity is the result of a subtle balance between fresh gentian and many different aromatic plants.
A required component for the White Negroni, this gentian-based aperitif begins with honeyed herbal notes and touches of chamomile, with underlying bitterness growing to a classically dusty, earthy, bitter finish—characteristic of gentian.
Low in alcohol (15% abv.), Suze is ideal for enjoying as an aperitif, whether neat or in cocktails. We personally like it on the rocks.
Try a Suze and tonic, use in a White Negroni, in a modern cocktail like a Sfumata Bianca, or in The Memory Remains.

Clase Azul Reposado is an ultra-premium, reposado tequila made from organic, Tequilana Weber Blue Agaves and is aged for 8 months. This aging time gives this sipping tequila an amazing balance, body and flavor profile. It is presented in a hand-made and hand-painted decanter made at our ceramic facility in Santa María Canchesdá, México. Intense amber colour. Silky and rich body. White oak aromas, tropical fruits, vanilla and toffee caramel. Cooked agave, woody, candied fruits, very smooth, vanilla and toffee caramel but never overwhelming.

The Benriach 10 Year Old Curiosity Peated Scotch
The BenRiach Curiositas uses a heavily peated malted barley as the cereal varietal to produce a unique, fresh, peated expression. This rare peated single malt, from the Heartland of Speyside, has wonderful overtones of peat reek, combined cleverly with a background of fruity, floral, heathery notes and an appealing presence of oak wood in the finish.

Traditionalists believe that peated malts achieve optimum balance of peat-bittersweet and oak infusion after 10 years of maturation. In fact, peated BenRiach is a return to the original Speyside character and flavour of malts typical of the nineteenth century. Curiositas is a distinctive and welcome addition to the Speyside scene – this is a dram to be savoured with a dash of water.

This twelve-year-old Benriach undergoes a triple-cask maturation in former sherry, bourbon and port barrels. This results in a deliciously rich profile, with maple honey and cocoa in the nose leading to spicy mocha and baked orange in the palate.
