-
Barking Mad Grenache Shiraz
Velvety tannins with great persistence. Reviews: “A nose of ripe fruit and chocolate, with tobacco-like notes. The palate is soft and 'giving' and full of sweet plum fruit flavours laced with tannin and strong oak."
-
Break Free Vin Nat Cabernet Franc
This Vin Nat Cabernet Franc is bright purple in colour, lifted bouquet of cherries and florals. Mixed cherry (ripe, sour, maraschino) colide across the mid-palate which sustains length, crunchy crisp acidity refreshes.
-
Brokenwood Cricket Pitch Red
A medium to full bodied colour and density. Aromas of red cherry, spice and earthy edges. Mid weight palate with some Cabernet Sauvignon cedar up front that leads to soft Shiraz richness. The oak regime is mainly older American and French so limited impact although some vanillin on both nose and palate with a long sweet finish.
-
Brown Brothers Dolcetto and Syrah
This wine is magenta in colour and the nose has fresh, lifted aromas of red jubes, blackberries, red currants, hints of spice and liquorice. The palate has flavours of ripe summer berries and a natural grape sweetness that is balanced by the frizzante mouth feel providing a refreshing, lively finish. This wine is best enjoyed chilled when still young and vibrant.
-
Bunnamagoo Cabernet Shiraz Merlot
The wine is silky in texture with great persistence and it finshes with gentle vanillin oak characters. It will benefit from careful cellaring over the next 10 – 15 years.

Calabria St Petri Shiraz Carignan
The wine is a blend of two grape varieties from three vineyards in the Barossa Valley. Both the Shiraz and Carignan are from the Calabria Family’s ‘William’ Vineyard in Nuriootpa. Dark purple with deep red core. Black currant aromas with hints of savoury spicy oak, liquorice, dark cherry, blood plums and lavender. A dense dark fruit core, the wine dances across the palate with dark chocolate flavours and savoury oak with ripe fine grained tannins, serious yet finely balance.
Enjoy with Confit Duck with seasonal vegetables.

Chateau Tanunda Chorus Tempranillo Grenach Graci
Chateau Tanunda Chorus is a Barossa blend of Tempranillo, Grenache, Graciano. The wine offers lifted aromas of cherry and raspberry accompanied by the dark berry and forest fruits on the palate.

D'arenberg Coppermine
The nose exhibits classic Cabernet aromatics of black currant leaf, violets and cigar box with an interesting twist of cooking spice and mustard seed.
These lovely savoury notes are followed through onto the palate but swept along by an underlying sweet blackcurrant and mulberry fruitiness that builds as the wine continues to evolve in your glass.
The initially cedary tannins, start early and give the wine an incredible line. An intriguing fennel note accompanies the chalky tannins that are picked up on the finish, which is long and lingering. -

D'arenberg The Ironstone
On the nose we are struck by the typical dark fruits that drinkers of this wine have come to love and expect. Plums, mulberries, fresh soil and more developed peaty like notes are all apparent, with an underlying lick of exotic Indian spice. But, it is the irony, stone like character that gives away the vintage.
An abundance of fresh fruits on the palate marry well with the more complex characters of quince paste, cinnamon, nutmeg, star anise and earthy beetroot. Driving the core of the wine is that vintage trademark in the form of graphite and wet stone. This wine, while appearing open and generous already, will continue to age well thanks to the lively line of acidity and the abundance of fine gritty tannins.$84.99$69.99 -
Domaine De Binet Mambo Italiano Sangiovese Merlo
