Deep dark ruby in colour. Aromatically the wine is marked both by lifted primary fruit notes of dark plum and blackcurrant along with more savoury glimpses of graphite pencil lead and cedar wood spice. Flavours of black cherry and chocolate are framed by an ever present but superfine tannin frame providing a genuine sense of poise and balance as the wine travels through.

With lifted aromatics of blackcurrant and spice, this finely structured Cabernet blend displays all the hallmarks of boutique Clare Valley traditional winemaking. Whilst enjoyable immediately, the natural acid backbone freshens the wine and the integrated tannins provide the structure that will reward careful cellaring.

This wine displays a rich a fragrant bouquet of blackberry and plum. The palate is luscious, round and fruitful displaying classical Cabernet flavours. Blackcurrant and berries are evident to produce a soft, elegantly styled wine.
