Morambro Creek Chardonnay
Pale straw in colour. Concentrated citrus and white peach fruit flavours are complimented by delicate yeast and subtle spice aromas. The palate is clean and fresh with vibrant fruit flavours, mineral characters and a good lingering finish.
-
Mount Monster Chardonnay
Bright straw colour, with lime green hue. Aromas of melon, peach and citrus fruit. Similar flavours on the palate with a crisp finish.

Nielson Santa Barbara Chardonnay
The vintage has aromas of citrus flower, clean linen, and a burst of pineapple. The wine has a pleasant weight on the palate with honey and citrus notes and a light salinity. This wine comes from two growing regions within Santa Barbara County, both of which are influenced by unique soil types and proximity to the Pacific Ocean. It shows more citrus notes, and as the fruit ripens on the vine, it becomes increasingly tropical in expression.

Parker Estate Chardonnay Cool Climate
Citrus, florals and stonefruit notes form an appealing set of aromatics. The wine is nicely balanced, of medium length, although possibly a little on the simple side, but the aim is good drinking and that is more than achieved. Enjoy this over the next two to three years.

Petaluma White Chardonnay
The White Label Chardonnay displays citrus, creamy lees and cashews, with hints of peach and nectarine. On the palate, grapefruit and toast combine with peach and melon to produce a complex, mouth filling wine in a fresh fruit driven style. This wine will reward careful cellaring.

Petersons Chardonnay
Light golden colour with light green hues. The aromas are of ripe rich stone-fruits (white peach and nectarine) along with cinnamon, clove and hints of vanilla (from French oak maturation). The flavours are generous ripe, soft and long with fruit flavours of peach and quince along with creamy honey. The finish is tight, long and clean.
Enjoy with roast chicken, soft creamy brie, blue swimmer crab or poached salmon.

Petersons Cuvee Chardonnay
A liquid crowd pleaser, this Chardonnay is a blend of 3 different vintages – 2013, 2012, and 2014. Cuvée is a French word which indicates a blended wine, in this case Peterson’s have always especially crafted a Vintage Cuvée in order to create a Chardonnay that is a consistent, all round easy drinking style. The wine is vibrant pale gold in colour with light green hues.
The generous aromas are of ripe peaches, honey, toast, custard and lifted honeysuckle. The palate is tight and fresh with ripe and generous stone-fruit flavours of peach and white nectarine. The mouth-feel is soft, elegant and creamy with a slight nuttiness. The finish is long and elegant.
Enjoy with poached chicken, pan fried ocean trout, Caesar Salad or another glass. This is a ‘drink now’ style of wine.
