Subtle but no wallflower, this wine builds on the palate, with fresh pear juice, green-apple skins, orange blossoms, brewer's yeast, chalk, and flint. A rounded mouthfeel, with plenty of verve and bracing acidity on the lemony finish. An exemplary Chablis.

The Sauternes is the resulrt of the action of a providential fungus, botrytis cinerea which concentrates the juice of the grapes. With very low yields, the grapes produced very complex wines that age for a very long time. They are golden, unctuous, powerful but also fine and delicate. As they get older they reach their fullness. 

Our Chablis are fresh and fruity (white flesh fruits, like peach and pear, with citrus notes), and already showing good minerality. Pleasant with an aperitif, they make a good marriage with oysters, shell fish and grilled fish, but also with traditional Burgundy recipes such as jambom persillé (ham with parsley).

The SANCERRE is a cuvée made from the famous Sancerre Terroirs. It has an intense bouquet and a flavourful palate, it burst with lots of ripe fruits favors and vegetal aromas. A new world style Sancerre, yet true to its unique Terroirs.

Intense vegetal and citrus aromas on the nose. An unctuous, yet powerful palate. The intense gooseberry favors are complimented by a long lasting finale!
