Joseph Cattin Pinot Gris
This wines has lovely complex flavours of cardamom, vanilla, cinnamon and a mix of light apricot and tangerine flavors. Also lots of spice and autumnal hints. Light smoky finish.
-
Joseph Cattin Riesling
The nose is fresh and crisp with mineral, floral and citrus fruit aromas. On the palate you see a wonderfully dry, mineral characteristic with white fruit, peach flavours
-
Joseph Drouhin Chablis
-
Le Grand Noir Chardonnay
This is a fresh, pine-appley wine, with a subtle hint of oak and a touch of mango and ginger. Great by itself or to accompany all fish and white meat dishes. Will work well with oriental food.
-
Ley Lys Vouvray
Fruit condensed bouquet highlighted by honey blossom. Attractively fresh. A tinge of honeyed sweetness and lime blossom on the finish.
-
Louis Jadot Chablis
The Louis Jadot Chablis has a very nice golden yellow colour. It is a lipid, bright and fresh wine, which taste and bouquet develop relatively quickly. It should be served chilled, and can be served with oysters, charcuterie and fried fish. It also goes very well with goats cheese.
-
Louis Jadot Macon Village Grande Magnien
Burgundy, France. Dry and easy to drink, fruity with a floral scent, it can be drunk chilled as an aperitif. It goes very well with hors d'oeuvres, fried or grilled fish, sea food, goat's milk cheese, cold cuts and poultry.
-
Maison Saint Aix Dry White
Pale straw in color with green hints, this crisp and refreshing white wine offers notes of citrus blossoms, pear, white peach, melon, and lemon zest with floral notes of jasmine and honeysuckle.
Goes well with grilled seafood, sushi, goat cheese salad

Marc Bredif Vouvray
The wine is a brilliant pale gold. On the nose, there is a fine bouquet full aromas of white flowers and yellow fruit such as pears. One finds citrus notes such as grapefruit. The attack is gentle with a lovely vivacity where one finds agreeable notes of grapefruit on the lingering finish. It is a lovely wine, ripe and refreshing.
-
Monsieur Plumage Chardonnay
A very clever inquisitive character with that glint in his eye, a spring in his step and his exquisite taste and appreciation for the finer things in life, he’s never without a “feather out of place” except for when he finds those “shiny treasures” that make life that little bit more interesting. Straw gold yellow colour.
Fine and elegant nose mixing white fruit aromas (pear, quince) and vanilla notes. Fruit driven on the palate, the attack is fresh, followed by a round and supple texture. Flattering oaky notes appear on the aftertaste.
-
Paul Conti Chenin Blanc
The bouquet exhibits lifted tropical fruit flavours with hints of citrus. A generous round palate is enhanced by fresh natural acidity and a long clean finish.
