Torre Mora is a boutique winery uniquely located on the Etna volcano, a black mountain looking at a blue shining sea. A blend of Nerello Mascalese, and Nerello Cappuccio which has been aged for 24 months in oak gives an intense deep ruby colour and complex, dark fruit, black cherry, plums, spice, coffee with austere, elegant, firm tannins.

Very dark ruby red, wide and complex to the nose, fruity, with a prune and cherry jam aroma, with notes of liquorice and cocoa. Very well balanced. Warm and satisfying.
Excellent as an after-dinner wine, or to go with red meat, game, quails and richly flavoured dishes.
Very good with well-aged cheeses, such as parmesan, pecorino and gorgonzola. 

Bright red with dark ruby reflexes. The nose is elegant, with ripe red fruit in great balance with delicate spicy notes. Intense palate, full bodied and soft witha well - balanced acidity and a pleasant spicy and fruity aftertaste.

Soft, lightly tannic, hints of almond perfectly complementing its bouquet.
