sea level.4 years, 3 of which in 25-50 and 75 hl oak casks from Slavonic and Allier followed by at
least 12 months of refinement in bottles placed in storage at controlled temperature. -

long. Average height 300 m above sea level.Sangiovese, locally called "Brunello" (the same vine with which Brunello di Montalcino is
produced).12 months, some in French oak barriques, the rest in Slavonian oak casks between 25 and
75 hl, followed by refinement in bottle. -
Coli Chianti D.o.c.g 750ml
Dry, recalling the sensations of the flavour, good structure; sapid, cheerful, supple, a young and well balanced wine. With time passing it will become softer and velvety. Serving temperature: 16-18°c. It is a wine that will accompany the whole meal. It matches well with most dishes of Italian cooking, from antipasti to cheese, with first courses, main dishes and meat. Alc/Vol: 12.5%

Dark, garnet-red colour with bluish reflections. Aromas of berries, blackberry, pomegranate, Marasca cherry, and black truffle, with spicy notes of pepper and cloves. Soft and velvety on the palate, great structure, long, and rich sensations of cocoa in the finish.

Colomba Bianca Perricone
Perricone is a historic vine, nearly forgotten yet returning into the Sicilian wine scene thanks to its strong character. Sapid, embracing, this local red grape is characterized by an elegant bouquet of undergrowth and spicy notes. A medium body with red fruits similar to the style of Sangiovese, but with more juice and moderate tannin. Bright ruby red with Bordeaux shades. Aromas are inviting and embracing on the nose with notes of dried fruits and black cherry mingle with pleasing scents of aromatic herbs and pink pepper. The palate is a mouth-filling, ample and sapid wine, with a soft and silky tannin that perfectly accompanies the aromatic bouquet. the finish is long, persistent and rich in spicy notes.
