Tenute Rossetti, Bianco Toscana IGT is an exquisite white dry wine made from Vermentino, Malvasia and Trebbiano grapes. The harvest is collected when the berries reach the optimum level of sugar content. The grapes are carefully sorted and supplied to the winery, where the berries are gently pressed.

Brilliant straw yellow, with greenish hues. Good consistency. Intensely fruity it smells of yellow plum and medlar; together with its citrus fruit scent it results fine and complex. Dry and fresh on the palate, with good tanginess. It’s a full-bodied wine, with good balance, intensity and persistence thanks to its fruity flavour and delicate almondy aftertaste.
Pleasant with hors d’oeuvres, first or main fish or vegetables dishes.

As is typical in Friuli most of the wines are made from a single grape variety.
The winery is renowned for the production of wines of great finesse & delicacy with remarkable acid balance
