A well balanced white, with good body and scents of tropical fruits backed by floral impressions.

Is a delightful pinot grigio to be enjoyed for its aromatic crisp green apple, mineral and honeysuckle notes. Cultivated using the traditional pergola style, the grapes are entirely hand harvested at optimum ripeness to produce a perfectly balanced, crisp and fresh pinot grigio.

Catarratto is a native variety of Sicily and has similarities to Viognier with its peach and apricot notes on the nose. The palate continues these flavours with touches of almonds too. A nice juicy richness.

The wine has a straw yellow colour and, on the nose, it offer floral sensation that recall the aroma of acacia blossom, with hints of pears as well. Its flavour is intense and very well-balanced, with fruity notes of apples and pears. To be served cool, with starters, delicate first course dishes, grilled or baked fish.
