Le Monde Pinot Grigio Doc
The fragrance of this wine leaps out of the glass, drawing you in. Both the nose and palate display flowers and minerals – influenced by the stony profile of the vineyard. It has a good structure and is nicely textured.
On the nose fine and elegant with a pungent bouquets with floral, very persistent notes. Palate has evident sensations of white fruit on the palate giving wine freshness and softness. Excellent with soups and egg and fish dishes.

Mandoleto Pinot Grigio
Pale and delicate in colour with subtle citrus and floral aromas. The palate is elegant and delightfully fresh with delicate citrus and tropical flavours building to notes of ripe pear matched by soft mineral acidity before a dry finish.

Mandrarossa Fiano Organic
The wine is straw-yellow with green reflections. On the nose it has notes of jasmine, basil and grapefruit, sensations of tomato leaf and fresh laurel leaves. On the palate it is minerally and sapid, with scents of aromatic herbs as oregano and mint.

The wine has a straw yellow colour, on the nose it expresses a profile olfactory expression of great expressiveness: notes of wild flowers, straw, of tomato leaf, perfectly integrated with more hints typically fruity and floral.

Marco Bonfante Roero Arneis
In the glass the Perste shows an intense straw yellow colour. It has a wide smell, fine with notes of peach and apricot. On the palate the greatness of this wine comes out, just as the structure and the minerality. It is bodied, smooth and fresh. The balance between the minerality, alcohol and acidity is also very good.

Perfect as aperitif, it matches very good with the starters of the piedmontese tradition like the vitello tonnato (veal with tuna sauce), filled zucchini flowers, white meat or raw porcini mushrooms salad. Highly recommended with fish specialities, whether raw or cooked.

It has an enhanced fruity flavour with notes of red and yellow apples, apricot, white melon, and citrus fruits. It is dry, harmonious and with balanced acidity. Excellent as an aperitif, it also pairs with appetizers, soups, vegetables, and fish.

Maso Di Mezzo Pinot Grigio Mezzacor Zzz
This wine is characterised by a grace of full straw yellow colour. The bouquet is pleasantly delicate and rich in fruity notes accompanied by floral hints of chamomile. In the mouth it is dry with an elegant refreshing acidity. Excellent with appetizers, vegetables, white meats, poultry and fish.

Masso Antico Fiano
Straw yellow color and elegant aromas of almond, citrus and tropical notes, Masso Antico Fiano is another gem from Apulia. Fresh and aromatic, with a long and pleasant finish. The grapes are picked up manually and placed in small cases. Once in the cellar, part of the grapes undergoes a drying process at controlled temperature to enhance the flavours and increase the natural sugar level.
The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks. A part of the wine undergoes an aging process of 3 months in oak barrels and then blended with the remaining part, giving complexity and structure to the final product.
