Alistair and Tobias's first vintage. This is a 100% Syrah fomr a single block of 15-year-old organically certified vines. Half of the fruit was hand sorted and de-stemmed with the other half kept as whole bunches. Showing bright red forest fruits with hints of fresh picked herbs and spice. The pallet is vibrant and fresh with light supple tannins and refreshing, cooling acidity.
