The Logan Weemala Riesling is very pale in colour, has strong aromas of kaffir lime and clementine blossom, while the long minerally palate has flavours of mandarin, apple, and iced tea. A dry and juicy core is balanced by a mineral acidity and a little ‘spritzing’ freshness.

Only Original Wikinger Met comes from the historical home of the Vikings, the region around Haithabu near the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei. It is even today handmade in accordance with old Viking's tradition and then bottled by BEHN in Eckernförde with modern technology. Original Wikinger Met is a classic sweet honey wine with a rich honey flavour.

Very fresh bouquet with notes of citrus and white fleshed-fruit. Fresh and supple, the wine is marked by mineral notes that are typical of the appellation. Fish dishes, grilled or in a light sauce; various seafood, oysters and sushis.

Lifted fruits of raspberry, plum, mulberry and blackberry. The rich fruits are mixed with dried herbs with a violet lift. The palate is bright and juicy with plum and dark berry fruits. The rich, succulent fruit is framed by fine tannins providing a wine of lovely weight and balance. Braised veal with gnocchi, a vegetable medley and red wine jus.
