Cooks Lot Estate Chardonnay
Their 168 Chardonnay displays cashews and cream on the nose with a hint of ripe yellow peach. There is a nice, open flowing texture with a nice zap either side of the palate. It finishes with bitter orange oils and a hint of nectarine bruleé enhanced by extended lees stirring and barrel ageing in French oak.

Aromatics of Poached pears and green apples with underlying nuances of brioche and nougat follow though to a crisp fresh palate. Partial barrel fermentation adds depth, complexity and length.

Aged in american oak for 9 months, this Mudgee shiraz has aromas of blackcurrants, cherries, and spick which follows thru to a luscious and lingering palate with hints of chocolate.

Cooks Lot Hand Picked Chardonnay
Complex barrel ferment aromatics with vanillan, pineapple and grapefruit notes. The palate is elegant and finely textured with peach, citrus, almonds and understated French oak.
Hand picked, whole bunch pressed, free run juice was barrel fermented with partial solids by wild yeast. Extended lees contact, barrel stirring, malolactic fermentation and ageing on French oak for 12 months, further enhancing textural complexity.

Cooks Lot Hand Picked Pinot Noir
Aromatic Dark Cherries, raspberries and spice with underlying forest floor notes, a supple but well-structured pinot with toasted French oak adding complexity and linearity to the palate.
Handpicked Pinot Noir was fermented in small open fermenters with some whole bunches by wild yeast and hand plunged four times a day. The free run juice and pressing were barreled seperately and matured in tightly grained French oak puncheons of 12 months.
