D Reserve Label Shiraz
Vibrant and concentrated crimson tones, aromas of rich dark cherry, and hints of vanillin oak. A bold palate filled with generous red berry fruits and dark plum with supple tannins.
-
Dalrymple Pinot Noir
With the generous red berry fruit aromas, hints of fresh cut plums and fine oak spice. The entry onto the palate of soft red fruits with ripe tannin structure support the sense of a warm vintage. Savoury notes of dried meats and provencal herbs add to the complexity after opening, and will become more integrated with bottle age.

D'arenberg Coppermine
The nose exhibits classic Cabernet aromatics of black currant leaf, violets and cigar box with an interesting twist of cooking spice and mustard seed.
These lovely savoury notes are followed through onto the palate but swept along by an underlying sweet blackcurrant and mulberry fruitiness that builds as the wine continues to evolve in your glass.
The initially cedary tannins, start early and give the wine an incredible line. An intriguing fennel note accompanies the chalky tannins that are picked up on the finish, which is long and lingering. -
Darenberg Dead Arm Shiraz
Dark fruit and savoury characters leap from the glass, in particular there is liquorice and blackberry, laced with a hint of char. Complexity in the shape of iodine and soil like notes follow. Each whiff brings out something new.
The wine is powerful and structured. There is a plethora of sweet fruit character, plums and mulberries, but not a hint of fatness. Rather the wine is quite compact and focused. Again layer upon layer of exotic characters, earth and crushed ants among others, only add to the intrigue of this wine. A powerful yet refined expression of Shiraz with balance, complexity and persistence….. and unmistakeably d’Arenberg. -
Darenberg Fishplate Sauvignon Blanc
The nose is very lifted and expressive with citrus blossom, guava, lychee, gooseberry and just the right balance of grass. The palate is a lovely balance of elegance, weight and textural interest. The fruits are just as lively on the palate with lovely citrus acidity and minerality. The barrel ferment, lees stirring and wild fermentation adds a textural element and fills out the round, soft palate. The varietal fruits and racy acidity are complimented by texture and complexity in The Broken Fishplate.

Darenberg Footbolt Shiraz
Generosity of fruit weight, combined with balanced, chewy tannins. What makes this wine stand out in the crowd is its ability to communicate a sense of place through its ethereal, complex and provocative earthy notes.
-
Darenberg Olive Grove Chardonnay
The nose is aromatic and lifted with white flowers, tropical fruits, granny smith apples and white nectarine. The palate has considerable weight with a lovely mid palate of white peach, lime and a touch of brioche. There is zesty acidity that builds on the palate to a long savoury finish with a hint of cashew nut and faint, fine, textural tannins. The cool year shines through in the balanced delicate flavours from the McLaren Vale fruit.

D'arenberg The Ironstone
On the nose we are struck by the typical dark fruits that drinkers of this wine have come to love and expect. Plums, mulberries, fresh soil and more developed peaty like notes are all apparent, with an underlying lick of exotic Indian spice. But, it is the irony, stone like character that gives away the vintage.
An abundance of fresh fruits on the palate marry well with the more complex characters of quince paste, cinnamon, nutmeg, star anise and earthy beetroot. Driving the core of the wine is that vintage trademark in the form of graphite and wet stone. This wine, while appearing open and generous already, will continue to age well thanks to the lively line of acidity and the abundance of fine gritty tannins.$84.99$69.99 -
