Dog Ridge Butterfingers Chardonnay
A big beautiful buxom Chardonnay!
Re-introducing full-structured, big, rounded, gorgeous Chardonnay. BUTTERFINGERS Chardonnay aged in French oak barrels which created a full-bodied and buttery flavour that lingers on. This wine undergoes a very labour-intensive 12 months lees stirring method and gains it's oak character from the barrels in which it's aged.
This Chardonnay is that player you've known about forever who has not missed a beat. But one day he drops a sitter, a "classic fumble" that nobody has forgotten about. That period through the 90's where Chardonnays, like Butterfingers, were no longer popular with wine drinkers was the 'classic fumble". However, now is the time for those drinkers to remember the champion that the wine has always been.

A cheeky, robust Shiraz with explosive flavour and great balance! Powerful aromas of spicy red berry jam with floral notes. Bursting full of juicy fruit and light, silky tannins.
-
Dolianova Prendas Vermentino
Pale straw yellow with slight greenish glints. Intensely floral, fresh and fruity. Intense and persistent, acidic, with delicate and characteristic bitter notes at the finish.
-
Dom Schlumberger Pinot Blanc Les Princes Abbes
The initial taste is moderately rich, dense. The alcohol support is balanced. The wine evolves with a sharp liveliness, pithy and marked by a sparkling note. The range of aromas is dominated by fruits, including citrus fruit, lemon, blood orange, white fruits, golden apple, spices, ginger and a complex, floral note. The finish offers a good length, and a frank and persistent liveliness. The balance of this wine is based on freshness. Marked by a fine degree of maturity, it expresses great tonicity and energy. A beautiful wine.

Domaine Alary La Gerbaude
This is a fresh balanced wine showing notes of grilled meat with fresh blackberry juice. A delicious example of why the area of Cairanne has been proudly promoted to be the sixth Cru of the mighty Southern Rhone. Garnet red color with sparkling cherry highlights. The nose is expressive, complex with dominant notes of red fruit (blackcurrant, strawberry) that grows in the mouth. The palate is smooth and round with a real sense of sweetness, coupled with cracked black pepper. Supported by fine tannins and a velvety mouth with impressive persistence and volume. A hedonistic wine to enjoy without delay.

Domaine Christian Salmon Sancerre
Brilliant and pale gold in colour with subtle green highlights. The nose is intense, with good balance between freshness, fruit, vivacity and finesse that complement its minerality.
Notes of citrus fruit and lime on the palate. -
Domaine Comte Lafond Sancerre
Pale golden-green. Remarkable and aromatic intensity on the nose. Floral notes of white flowers such as hawthorn, acacia, eglantine, and elderflower. This is backed up by blackcurrant buds and wild flowers. It is lively on the palette, with very pleasant acidulous characteristics prolonged by light fruity notes. Full and refreshing, it is dominated by flinty stones and chalk typical of fine Sancerre wines. Pair this wine with shellfish, seafood and goat cheeses.

Domaine De Binet Chambourcin

-
Domaine De Binet Mambo Italiano Sangiovese Merlo
Bright garnet colour. Pretty aromas of black cherry, cassis and potpourri. Light to medium-weight, with a vibrant core of red berry fruit, zesty acidity, very fine and juicy tannins, and a supple finish. A lovely joven style - drink young and fresh. Lightfull bodied, oak treatment.

Domaine Fevre Chablis
Our Chablis are fresh and fruity (white flesh fruits, like peach and pear, with citrus notes), and already showing good minerality. Pleasant with an aperitif, they make a good marriage with oysters, shell fish and grilled fish, but also with traditional Burgundy recipes such as jambom persillé (ham with parsley).
