Highgate Chardonnay is from a very famous vineyard in the Upper Hunter Valley of New South Wales which has consistently produced high quality fruit for a number of well known, premium wines. This elegant Chardonnay has length and finesse. French oak plays a subtle but essential role in the wine integrating fully with its rich, natural flavours. A perfect accompaniment to shell fish, other seafood and chicken dishes.

Obvious fruits are peaches and melons, there is an evident depth in the aroma and some vanilla notes.
Generous and round fruits, carried by elegant and restrained oak.  There is a refreshing crispness to the finish which draws you back for more.

This Pinot Noir has fresh vibrant aromas of strawberry and cherry on the nose with an underlying earthy, spicy aroma which will continue to evolve with bottle age. The palate is rich, silky and supple, with fantastic fruit weight and depth.
