Aroma

Bright red fruits abound; sour cherry, red currant and wild strawberry. Medium bodied with youthful tannins and tight natural acidity. The perfect combination of new world vigour and old world charm.

This Shiraz offers an abundance of expressive aromas, predominantly of blackberry and plums along with toasty sweet oak. A generous and concentrated palate offers flavours of blackberry, black cherry and plum. Complex oak characters of coffee, vanilla and caramel complement the full fruit flavours and create a long rich and satisfying.

Brick red with ruby hues. Sweet, fragrant aromas of cherry stone, persimmon skin and rosehip supported by savoury notes of crushed graphite, dried sage and thyme. The delicate palate is restrained and tightly wound, with concentrated berry skin and red cherry flavours, vibrant acidity that builds complex intensity on the finish and fine, savoury tannins that provide focus and length.

Highgate Chardonnay is from a very famous vineyard in the Upper Hunter Valley of New South Wales which has consistently produced high quality fruit for a number of well known, premium wines. This elegant Chardonnay has length and finesse. French oak plays a subtle but essential role in the wine integrating fully with its rich, natural flavours. A perfect accompaniment to shell fish, other seafood and chicken dishes.
Deep Straw colour
Obvious fruits are peaches and melons, there is an evident depth in the aroma and some vanilla notes.
Generous and round fruits, carried by elegant and restrained oak.  There is a refreshing crispness to the finish which draws you back for more.
