A ruby red wine with violaceus nuances, fruity scents, good frame and persistence. The grapes, harvested at the right point of ripeness, are de-stemmed, pressed and conveyed to the winemakers. Here the must follows a temperature-controlled fermentation of about 6-8 days with continuous pumping over and punching down for at least the first two-thirds of the fermentation.

Colour intense ruby red. Nose complex and characteristic, fruity and woody, with soft fruits aroma, spicy, tobacco and chocolate scents. A good harmony in which fine tannins and freshness give to palate the best shades of cherries and blackcurrant, with a very long and softly round end

Straw yellow with green tinges. Distinctively aromatic, with a fine, stylish bouquet, balanced, mellow, good structure. Excellent as an aperitif, it matches superbly with shellfish and fish dishes in general 

Intense wine with lovely aromas of dark berries and juicy mulberries. The wine has great length with a finish of cloves and spices.
