Grant Burge Shadrach Cabernet Sauvignon
'Shadrach'.The Cabernet Sauvignon continues to reach new heights with the release of the 2013 Shadrach from an outstanding vintage. The majority of grapes were sourced from my Corryton Park vineyard, one of the highest and coolest in the Barossa region, which provides perfect conditions for producing wines with great finesse, intensity and structure. The portion from the Barossa floor contributes to a full and generous palate, and together with 21 months in the finest French oak, this wine can be enjoyed for well over a decade. Grant Burge

Grant Burge Summer Chardonnay
The palate is finely balanced, with a creamy texture courtesy of the time on lees all supported by a linear backbone of acidity which combines to create an excellent length of flavour
-
Grao Vasco Dao Tinto
Grão Vasco Dão Red 2010 is a medium intensity ruby coloured wine, characterised by the primary aromas of the grapes from which it is made, such as plum and black cherry, with some balsamic notes. On the palate it is a wine of great elegance and smoothness, with good fresh acidity, smooth and rounded tannins and a medium intensity palate aroma in which fruit prevails. The result is a remarkably balanced whole, with a clean finish of medium persistence.

Grechetta Di Montefalco

Greystone Pinot Noir
Dark and concentrated in appearance with a nose packed full of dark berries, dried sage and violets. The palate follows in the same vein – smooth, long and integrated acidity offering a harmonious and full bodied experience. Fresh blueberry and raspberry fruits support fine chalky tannins.
