Lagrein is one of the three indigenous varieties in Alto Adige. He is related to the Teroldego and Syrah. Typical for this species are the dark red color and fruity berry flavors that are paired with spicy-resinous notes of chocolate, tobacco and forest floor.

A wine of bright pale yellow color. On the nose, alluring exotic fruity (citrus) aromas coupled with a gentle touch of floral essence. Powerful on the palate with a firm texture and a harmonious acidity-fruit-interplay. The super-aromatic Muscat of Alexandria is blended with the international Chardonnay grape in order to give a round, elegant, versatile wine with a velvety creamy texture. Medium finish.

This Turkish red has mouth filling intense black fruit flavours balanced with ripe tannins and lively acidity.

Pair perfectly with grilled salmon, game, spicy red meat dishes, pastas and hard and aged cheeses.
