Marcarini Barolo Chinato 375ml
Aged for a long time in oak barrels, this aromatic wine becomes a low-alcohol "elixir," amber-colored and with ruby-red reflections. Its spicy, intense and persistent nose and the bittersweet taste of the China bark make it a lovely and inviting wine. A rare specialty for connoisseurs!
-
Marchesi Di Barolo Cannubi Docg
This wine is garnet-red in color with ruby reflections. Its intense nose has distinct traces of roses, vanilla, licorice, spices, toasted oak and a gentle scent of absinth. The flavor is full and elegant, good-bodied and austere with remarkably elegant tannins.
-
Marco Bonfante Roero Arneis
In the glass the Perste shows an intense straw yellow colour. It has a wide smell, fine with notes of peach and apricot. On the palate the greatness of this wine comes out, just as the structure and the minerality. It is bodied, smooth and fresh. The balance between the minerality, alcohol and acidity is also very good.
rn
Perfect as aperitif, it matches very good with the starters of the piedmontese tradition like the vitello tonnato (veal with tuna sauce), filled zucchini flowers, white meat or raw porcini mushrooms salad. Highly recommended with fish specialities, whether raw or cooked.

Maressa Chardonnay

Maressa Pinot Gris
Maressa wines were created by Charles Smedley and David Fesq, with a goal to express the delicious, refreshing styles that Mornington Peninsula does so well. All the grapes are grown in the Mornington region, and are made under the attentive hand of the Mandala winery team. The name Maressa (from the Latin "maris" meaning "of the sea"), is a nod to the noble maritime history of the Port Phillip Bay area.

Maretti Barolo
'Traditional style, more or less, rich in dark cherry, with sage, mint, and new leather, and some aniseed and cocoa. Full-bodied, slightly meaty and rustic, but in a good way, ripe suede-like tannin, earthy, freshness with power, and a mesh of dry tannin and dried herb laced dark fruit on a finish of solid length. It’s already quite approachable, but should do well over the medium term. Value is excellent.' - 93 points. Gary Walsh, The Wine Front
-
Maretti Langhe Nebbiolo
The tannins are super fine and moreish, the fruit is bright, energetic and has the signature rusty colour that you might associate with very traditional examples of Nebbiolo from this region.
-
Maretti Langhe Rosso
Bright brick red in colour with crimson highlights. The nose is expressive and inviting with aromas of fresh red fruits overlaid by notes of dried herbs, forest undergrowth and aniseed. The palate is medium bodied and well balanced with a by core of cherry and red berried flavours wrapped in spice, alpine herbs and savoury notes. Impressively complex and well structured whilst very approachable. A wonderful companion to food of almost any kind.
-
Maretti Soave Classico
This is vibrant with stonefruit and citrus, with hints of almond, marzipan and spice. The palate rewards with an unctuous and filling mouthfeel with a slightly salty minerality. It's full of bright fruit flavours and balanced by fine acidity ensuring a good match for a seafood risotto.
-
Martin Codax Albarino
Vivid straw-yellow green colour with a touch of ripe lemon. Bright and slightly sparkling. Intense and elegant aroma with hints of fresh herbs, green apples, citric fruits and grapefruit. It is persistent, rounded and full-bodied that gives the wine an impressive and vivacious sense of freshness.
-
Martoccia Brunello Di Montalcino
The scent is wide and delicate with some mixed berries, cherry and vanilla aromas. The taste is elegant and harmonic with a long persistence.

Masi Amarone Costasera
Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara.
Proud, majestic, complex and exuberant: this is Masi's gentle giant. A benchmark for the Amarone category, which, together with Barolo and Brunello, makes up the aristocracy of the Italian wine world.
The product of Masi's unrivalled expertise in the appassimento technique, whereby traditional grapes for the Valpolicella Classica area - Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara - are laid out on bamboo racks to concentrate their aromas during the winter months.Very dark ruby redin colour, on the nose baked fruit, plums and cherries, finishing with fruity tastes, with hints of coffee and cocoa. Very well balanced.
Excellent as an after-dinner wine, or to go with red meat, game, quails and richly flavoured dishes. Very good with well-aged cheeses, such as parmesan, pecorino and gorgonzola.
