Mount Pleasant Estate Semillon
The wine is fine, tight and pure. Reflective of the aromas the wine tastes of fresh lemon and limes. The texture is light, bright and pure with a fresh line of acidity along the palate.
-
Mount Pleasant Philip Shiraz
Bright, full colour; a far cry from the Philip of prior years and decades, medium-bodied, but with a depth of dark berry fruits, firm but balanced tannins and a complementary touch of oak. From start to finish reflects the region and the vintage
-
Mr Mick Fiano
The wine shows a great concentration and intensity of passionfruit pulp, stone fruits, ripe citrus and fresh sage with a generous body and texture and precise acidity across the palate. Very drinkable and extremely recommended to have with food
-
Mr Mick Rose
Mick Rosé continues to exemplify the Tim Adams philosophy of making affordable wines that everyone can enjoy. With its alluring lifted aromas and flavours of strawberries and cream with hints of lychee and white peach to follow. A montage of fruit flavours linger on the palate before a crisp, cleansing finish.
-
Mr Mick Tempranillo
This wine has distinctive varietal character of fresh cherries and strawberries, integrated subtle toasty French oak perfume and roasted coffee beans with smooth tannins, a hint of savoury spice and a long lingering finish.
-
Mr Mick Vermentino
The result is a rich, textural yet seamless palate with vibrant natural acidity and purity of fruit. It is a great wine just to sit, sip and enjoy for its individuality, or try with a varied range of food, particularly good with seafood and pasta dishes!
