Red wine made with grapes coming from some of our oldest vineyards in Agliano Terme. Suggested with cold cuts, roasted meat and creamy cheese.Deep purple-red color with garnet reflections, aromas of ripe red fruit and a light hint of vanilla; fresh taste with good acidity and medium persistence.

This Riesling is a dry, full flavoured style, with lovely delicate floral aromas and a hint of tropical fruit. Lemon-lime blossom on the nose, with a hint of spicy orange peel flows onto the palate and wonderful trademark citrus and spice. Excellent high natural acid gives the finish great lift.

This wine has fresh dark berry aromas with a light cherry lift.
On the palate this wine is silky smooth on the mid-palate, with a fine and refreshing ripe tannin finish.

A liquid crowd pleaser, this Chardonnay is a blend of 3 different vintages – 2013, 2012, and 2014. Cuvée is a French word which indicates a blended wine, in this case Peterson’s have always especially crafted a Vintage Cuvée in order to create a Chardonnay that is a consistent, all round easy drinking style. The wine is vibrant pale gold in colour with light green hues.

The generous aromas are of ripe peaches, honey, toast, custard and lifted honeysuckle. The palate is tight and fresh with ripe and generous stone-fruit flavours of peach and white nectarine. The mouth-feel is soft, elegant and creamy with a slight nuttiness. The finish is long and elegant.

Enjoy with poached chicken, pan fried ocean trout, Caesar Salad or another glass. This is a ‘drink now’ style of wine.
