Schola Sarmenti Antieri Susumaniello Salento
ANTIERI Susumaniello is a decisive, fresh, balanced wine with a great body. It has an intense and impenetrable ruby red colour. A wine that knows how to be strong but gracefully, managing to impress with its complex and delicate aromas. It has fruity and spicy notes in which blackberries, ripe cherries, black pepper, vanilla and cloves stand out. In the mouth it concludes with a very long persistence in the mouth. A great Susumaniello that enriches the offer of this great Salento winery.

Schola Sarmenti Cubardi Primitivo Salento
This wonderful wine knows how to express intense notes of ripe fruit opening the door to pleasant hints of tobacco, in a soft finish of chocolate and coffee. The taste of Cubardi is velvety and enveloping, with tannins capable of expanding delicately, leaving a pleasant length on the palate. With a thick yet light texture, it lingers on the palate with stubbornness, suggesting its strong personality.

Schola Sarmenti Nauna Primitivo E Negroamaro
NAUNA is a great red wine produced by Schola Sarmenti with a blend of Negroamaro and Primitivo grapes. The grapes come from vineyards with Apulian saplings of 50/60 years, hand-picked and gently placed in small ventilated boxes to preserve their integrity. A modern sorting table allows further sorting in the cellar.

School House Headmaster Shiraz
Youthful dark red. Fresh red plum and mulberry with leather and cedar. Juicy plum fruit depth in a deliciously supple and fleshy style with background oak allowing a fruit-forward expression, and lovely flavour persistence. A lovely modern Shiraz.
-
Scotchmans Chardonnay
Mid golden in appearance. An intense and complex nose displaying stone fruit, melon and fig fruits with cashew nuts and creamy barrel ferment characters balanced by a spicy oak background. The palate is tight and juicy yet refined with nectarine, melon and citrus fruits. The wine has a mineral back bone with mealy notes, spice, nutty and creamy oak flavours with a long and lingering back palate.

See Saw Pinot Noir
Medium-bodied with attractive cherry and plum flavours, balanced by light tannins.
Enjoy with light, crispy duck salad or a range of richly flavoured cheeses. Fantastic with venison and game meats.

Seewinkel Gruner Veltliner
This new edition to our Austrian selection is highlighted by crisp aromas of apples, citrus and pears. In the background you will find a white pepper note which is synonymous with Austrian Gruner Veltliner alongside well balanced acidity ending on a clean dry finish
-
Selva Capuzza San Vigilio Lugana
This is a classic Lugana in its most traditional interpretation: delicate, floral and fruit driven with delicate palate and lingering, fresh finish.

Sensi Collegiata Vernaccia Di San Gimignano
It is produced in the vineyards surrounding the medieval village of San Gimignano and it is without any doubt the most important white Tuscan wine. It has a light yellow colour, a fresh and firm taste with fruity aromas and a nice bitter-hint end.
