Pertinace Dolcetto Dalba Doc
A dry red wine made with grapes coming from our vineyards in Treiso and Alba. Suggested with all dishes, from Italian to international cuisine. Ruby red color with violet reflections, fruity and persistent aroma with hints of berries. Harmonious, structured, and elegant taste.

Pertinace Langhe Arneis Doc
A white wine made with Arneis grapes. Is excellent as aperitif and is nice also with starters, white meats or fish first and second courses. Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Aroma with notes of pear, exotic fruit, and white flowers; fresh, soft, and elegant taste with a citrusy finish.

Petaluma Riesling
This Riesling is a dry, full flavoured style, with lovely delicate floral aromas and a hint of tropical fruit. Lemon-lime blossom on the nose, with a hint of spicy orange peel flows onto the palate and wonderful trademark citrus and spice. Excellent high natural acid gives the finish great lift.

Petaluma White Cabernet Sauvignon
This Cabernet Sauvignon from Coonawarra is a full flavoured, rich dry red, and shows the spicy, juicy bright fruits for which the region is renowned. Aromas of liquorice cassis and cedar are complemented by black fruits and a lovely hint of mint and Cabernet leaf. The palate is bright and juicy, is elegant and has lovely soft sandy abundant tannin.

Petaluma White Chardonnay
The White Label Chardonnay displays citrus, creamy lees and cashews, with hints of peach and nectarine. On the palate, grapefruit and toast combine with peach and melon to produce a complex, mouth filling wine in a fresh fruit driven style. This wine will reward careful cellaring.

Petaluma White Pinot Gris
This Pinot Gris shows classic cold climate racy acidity and depth of flavour on the palate. Crunchy pear and a hint of flinty gun powder combine with spice on the palate to produce a rich full flavoured Pinot Gris.

Petaluma White Pinot Noir
This wine has fresh dark berry aromas with a light cherry lift.
On the palate this wine is silky smooth on the mid-palate, with a fine and refreshing ripe tannin finish. -
Petaluma White Rose
The Petaluma White Label Dry Rose is a blend of Sangiovese and Nebbiolo. Fresh and vibrant with lots of bright red fruit aromas. Red berry and sour cherry flavours with a succulent mid palate.

Petaluma White Label Sauvignon Blanc displays wonderful fruit intensity, with fresh exotic aromatics. The palate is rich and full with lovely texture and tropical fruit, and finishes with crisp vibrant acidity.

Petaluma White Shiraz
Ripe blackberry and lifted plum characters on the nose combine with spicy white pepper notes on the palate, making for a balanced, savoury Shiraz. Subtle oak ageing complements the spicy fruit making for an elegant, cool climate Shiraz.

Petersons Cabernet Sauvignon
The palate is ripe, complex, elegant, soft, dry and firm. The upfront palate displays flavours of boysenberry and sarsparella. The mid palate displays complex layers of spice of green herb such as basil and sage. The back palate is dry, long and soft with firm and persistent tannins.
