Rihaku Tokubetsu Junmai Shu 720ml
This sake is made so that some of the rice lees remain in the bottle after pressing. Most sake is sweet and creamy and thick with the unfermented rice solids. Rihaku is a bit less chunky but more fruity and complex than most sake. Slight prune tones, and a slight taste of nuts.

Riofavera San Basilio Nero D'avola
Powerful and deeply intense expression of red and black fruits with dark plum, dried cherry and hints of anise and almond on a tarry and earthy mineral-inflected backdrop; the palate is intense and richly-fruited, but so neatly wound up in the structure that the impression is distinctly savoury with grippy and fine tannins giving it great line and finesse

Riorret Lusatia Park Pinot Noir
Located at Woori Yallock in the upper reaches of the Yarra Valley. Extraordinary north facing vineyard recently purchased by the De Bortoli family from Kate and Stephen Shelmerdine. Planted in 1985, close vine spacing, lots of hard work, deep red basalt soils. Typically produces highly aromatic red fruited Pinot Noir that is seriously charming.
Tight structure, great energy, fine tannins, textural, long gentle flavours. Delicious drinking now but will develop into a wine with even more complexity and interest in 4-5 years.

Robert Mondavi Bourbon Barrel Cabernet Sauvignon
This Cabernet Sauvignon blends the craftsmanship of California winemaking with the Southern tradition of Bourbon Whiskey aging.
rn
With aromas of coffee, vanilla, milk chocolate, dar berries and brown sugar. On the palate there are notes of deep dark berries of black cherry and blackberry. Sweet vanilla custard, caramel and mocha accents as well. Soft, tannins and toasty oak round the wine out with a long, lush finish. A superb accompaniment to grilled ribs, a charcuterie board, hearty pasta dishes, and strong cheeses.

Robert Mondavi Bourbon Barrel Chardonnay
Bourbon Barrel Aged Chardonnay is golden straw in color and opens with aromas of ripe, grilled pineapple, with hints of toasted marshmallow, and vanilla bean custard. Rich, creamy, and concentrated flavors of grilled pineapple, lemon custard, graham cracker, toffee, vanilla bean, baking spices, and toasty oak lead to a balanced acidity and lingering finish. Enjoy with grilled halibut with lemon caper butter, roasted pork tenderloin, garden salad with gorgonzola and toasted pecans, shrimp scampi, and bacon-wrapped dates, or sip it on its own as an aperitif
