Terroirs Ebenezer Shiraz
To ensure the unique character of this sub-region is exemplified in the wine, small open fermenters and our basket press were employed to gently extract the wine. Ageing in the finest quality oak and selection of the truest barrels has created a wine that respects and expresses its place of origin. The Barossa has some of the oldest and diverse soil types in the world, contributing to what makes our wines unique. Discover the differences between Barossa’s sub-regions. A journey through the Terroirs is a lesson in the Barossa’s versatility.
Shiraz wines from this region are typically characterised by lifted aromas of lavender and spice. The palate is full of red fruits, leather, cedar and fine, talc-like tannins.
-
Terroirs Eden Valley Shiraz
The wine reflects the slate and granite soils with strong mineral notes, and fruit flavours of blackberry, Morello cherry. Complex deeper notes of earth and cured meats bring the palate to a long and evenly weighted finish.
-
Terroirs Of The Barossa Greenock Shiraz
The dark, brooding regional characters of plum, red cherry and liquorice are all to the fore of this wine. The palate is focused and linear, with dark bitter chocolate notes and an extremely long, elegant persistent finish. We recommend cellaring for between 12 - 15 years .
-
Terzini Montepulciano
Intense ruby red with purple hues, intense bouquet, on the palate fruity flavour and full bodied.
Pleasant with meats, cold cuts and meat sauce first dishes; excellent with roasted meats.

The Chateau 100 Year Old Vine Shiraz
The classic regional characters of dense, spicy blueberry fruit along with hints of liquorice, plum and all-spice are all delicately interwoven with 1/3 new and 2/3 older French oak. 2009 has all the hallmarks of being a truly great Eden Valley vintage and we believe this wine will age gracefully for 10 years+
-
The Chateau Bethanian Shiraz
Lifted aromas of blackberry, bluberry and black pepper supported by spicy, dark berry fruits on the palate. The extensive finish is framed by elegant, fine grained tannins from eighteen months maturation in a combination of new and seasoned American and French oak barriques and hogshead.
-
The Chateau Single Vineyard Chardonnay
Delicate, classic aromas of white peach, opulent pear and toasty brioche all leading on to a sumptuous creamy palate of layer upon layer of lemon, citrus fruit and vanilla notes all balanced with a clean, mineral intensity that you always expect from this vineyard.
-
