The Reserve Shiraz is deepest dark red with a very youthful and vibrant garnet hue. The aromas are powerful and complex with a wealth of fruit ranging from ripe black cherries and blackberries with hints of eucalypt and spice. The rich and full palate displays soft flavours of plum skin, mulberry and hints of vanilla and blackberry, These abundant flavours are underpinned by fine vanillan oak and defined by exciting spicy tannins.

100% Pigato grapes

Straw-yellow with more or less green tints when young, ample with notes of musk, undergrowth, broom, cedar, peach kernel, dry, quite intense and persistent, immediately reminiscent of flavours having a slight almond aftertaste.

Grown in South Australia, this tempranillo is a real crowd pleaser, importing flavours of cherry, dry fig and cedar. Colour is bright ruby red with a long medium bodied finish. Enjoy with duck or on it's own.

This Albariño is of a pale yellow colour with greenish reflections and fruity aromas reminding of peach; balanced with citric notes. It is fresh and mineral with a marked acidity and a long and rounded aftertaste in mouth. Its ripening time takes place between 3 to 6 months on fine lees in stainless-steel tanks.
