- Venica & Venica is a family owned estate consisting of 22 hectares of vineyard in the Collio region of Friuli. The Venica family has owned the estate since 1929. During the eighties the Venica family invested heavily in new vineyard plantings & equipment for the vineyard.
As is typical in Friuli most of the wines are made from a single grape variety.
The winery is renowned for the production of wines of great finesse & delicacy with remarkable acid balance

The Fiano Bianco dei Vespa was born in vineyards located in the heart of Salice Salentino, in Puglia . It is produced entirely with Fiano grapes, harvested and selected by hand in the third week of August. After soft pressing, white vinification follows for 20 days at a controlled temperature of 14°C.
