Lifted aromas of blackberries and cassis with underlying mint and hints of milk chocolate oak. A soft medium bodied wine with layers of berry and cassis fruit on the fleshy palate with soft supple tannins and touches of chocolate oak to complement the fruit.

Fresh cut grass with a hint of ripe passionfruit. Upfront is a zesty palate of lime and lemon which rounds slightly for passionfruit and gooseberry notes on the lengthy finish.

A pure expression of Central Otago Pinot Noir. Luscious and fruit focussed with great flavour and soft supple tannin. Wild strawberry, black cherry, brown spice and bright, floral aromas combine with nicely integrated fruit with flavours of blueberry, plum, nutmeg and mocha.

At the nose you find immediately smells of racking off followed by fresh berries and violet. In the mouth it reveals structure, it’s characterized by a good balance between freshness, sweet tannins and persistence.

Nice with pasta dishes also in gratin, served with meat or various tomato-based sauces; good match with roasted meats and semi-mature cheeses.
