Scarborough Pinot Noir
These days it’s a scarcity to find Pinot Noir in the Hunter Valley but we are firm believers in the style and we select the best fruit possible to create a non-vintage style that is the best interpretation of the variety. Superb with duck pancakes or mushroom risotto.
-
Scarborough Semillon
Enjoy Scarborough Green Label Semillon with seafood and white meat.
A full flavoured Semillon with tropical, grassy, lifted characters and a zesty palate.
An alternate style, more approachable as a young Semillon; fuller in flavour and more in the mould of the white wines made in Bordeaux, France

Scarborough Tempranillo Rose
The celebrated Scarborough family bring you this crisp and lively Rosé with perfect balance of fruit and acidity. Aromas of red berries follow to flavours of strawberries and raspberries. Invigorate yourself with the freshness of this outstanding Rosé, which is best served well chilled with a seafood salad.

Scarpantoni Shiraz
A smooth blend of liquorice, blackcurrants and a dash of mint. Great value! Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.

Schild Estate Ben Shiraz
Dense black as night in colour with a dark red black tinged hue. Pronounced liquorice, black cherry and blackberry fruits drive the nose with plum, smoky vanillin cedar, black olive and blackpepper notes in tow. Rich, plush and possessing a voluminous feel, intense liquorice, blackberry and dark plum fruits saturate the full bodied palate. Lying underneath are elements of scorched earth, vanillin cedar and spicy pepper. Velvet like tannins possess some structural muscle. Concludes long, powerful and opulent.
-
Schild Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
Deep dark ruby in colour. Aromatically the wine is marked both by lifted primary fruit notes of dark plum and blackcurrant along with more savoury glimpses of graphite pencil lead and cedar wood spice. Flavours of black cherry and chocolate are framed by an ever present but superfine tannin frame providing a genuine sense of poise and balance as the wine travels through.
-
Schild Estate Chardonnay
Clear, bright pale lemon in appearance. An aroma characterised by ripe lemon citrus, fresh nectarine and white peach notes sitting alongside subtle glimpses of powderpuff mineral bath salts and white iris flowers. In the mouth a balanced restrained mouthfeel from the interplay of the lemon citrus flavours working in tandem with a fresh mineral acid line and a clean finish to ensure a soft and controlled.

Schola Sarmenti Antieri Susumaniello Salento
ANTIERI Susumaniello is a decisive, fresh, balanced wine with a great body. It has an intense and impenetrable ruby red colour. A wine that knows how to be strong but gracefully, managing to impress with its complex and delicate aromas. It has fruity and spicy notes in which blackberries, ripe cherries, black pepper, vanilla and cloves stand out. In the mouth it concludes with a very long persistence in the mouth. A great Susumaniello that enriches the offer of this great Salento winery.

Schola Sarmenti Cubardi Primitivo Salento
This wonderful wine knows how to express intense notes of ripe fruit opening the door to pleasant hints of tobacco, in a soft finish of chocolate and coffee. The taste of Cubardi is velvety and enveloping, with tannins capable of expanding delicately, leaving a pleasant length on the palate. With a thick yet light texture, it lingers on the palate with stubbornness, suggesting its strong personality.
