Terzini Pecorino
Brilliant straw yellow, with greenish hues. Good consistency. Intensely fruity it smells of yellow plum and medlar; together with its citrus fruit scent it results fine and complex. Dry and fresh on the palate, with good tanginess. It’s a full-bodied wine, with good balance, intensity and persistence thanks to its fruity flavour and delicate almondy aftertaste.
Pleasant with hors d’oeuvres, first or main fish or vegetables dishes.

The Artisan Cabernet Shiraz 2016 Mv
Always great to see a wine which has spent time in the cellar before release, although how they can manage that at this price is beyond me. Cracking value here. Deep red, the nose exudes strawberries and cherries. We have notes of warm earth, cloves and aniseed. On the palate, raspberries move to the fore with good acidity and nice balance. Still fresh and offering great persistence with tannins that are also fine and silky, this will drink well for ten years if needed. What fabulous value!

The Chateau 100 Year Old Vine Shiraz
The classic regional characters of dense, spicy blueberry fruit along with hints of liquorice, plum and all-spice are all delicately interwoven with 1/3 new and 2/3 older French oak. 2009 has all the hallmarks of being a truly great Eden Valley vintage and we believe this wine will age gracefully for 10 years+

The Chateau Bethanian Shiraz
Lifted aromas of blackberry, bluberry and black pepper supported by spicy, dark berry fruits on the palate. The extensive finish is framed by elegant, fine grained tannins from eighteen months maturation in a combination of new and seasoned American and French oak barriques and hogshead.
-
The Chateau Cabernet Sauvignon
‘The Château’ Cabernet Sauvignon displays deep, rich purple and red hues. The bouquet has lifted aromas of blackcurrant, redcurrant and spice on the velvety smooth palate with hints of cedar and mint. The extensive finish is framed by elegant, fine-grained tannins from two years maturation in a combination of new and seasoned French oak barrels.
