Our Brokenback Shiraz is a rich and flavoursome wine and a classic in our range. Typical of this vineyard, the wine displays pepper, spice, and layers of ripe red berry fruit flavours. With a refined tannin structure and subtle French oak characters, the seamless palate is complex and persistent.

Deep inky black & purple in colour. The nose is perfumed with lifted mint, blueberry, vanilla and spice with a touch of liquorice and white pepper in the background. Expansive palate, smooth lush ripe blue-black fruits, nicely balanced oak, plenty of concentration with a long finish.

Lifted violet, blueberry and jubed fruit bouquets leads the nose with nuances of vanilla oak flavour due to American oak maturation. The palate is rounded and medium bodied with silky tannins and dark cherry and ripe raspberries with a hint of herb and spice

Our Outback Jack Shiraz is full-bodied with well-defined flavours of plum, red currant and mocha, leading to a long, rich finish. This Shiraz is well suited to roast meat or rich pasta dishes.
