Taylors Jaraman Shiraz
There are lifted aromas of ripe, dark berries along with subtle plum and cafe creme mocha and spicy overtones of nutmeg, cinnamon and clove aromas.
This is a rich, full-bodied wine with intense flavours of ripe dark cherry, plum, blackberry and blueberry fruit, with attractive spicy, charry oak characters of coffee and chocolate. The palate is well balanced with a silky, subtle soft, yet full texture to the mid-palate. The finish is persistent with lingering velvety tannins.
-

The Chateau 100 Year Old Vine Shiraz
The classic regional characters of dense, spicy blueberry fruit along with hints of liquorice, plum and all-spice are all delicately interwoven with 1/3 new and 2/3 older French oak. 2009 has all the hallmarks of being a truly great Eden Valley vintage and we believe this wine will age gracefully for 10 years+

The Chateau Bethanian Shiraz
Lifted aromas of blackberry, bluberry and black pepper supported by spicy, dark berry fruits on the palate. The extensive finish is framed by elegant, fine grained tannins from eighteen months maturation in a combination of new and seasoned American and French oak barriques and hogshead.
-
The Drover Shiraz
A medium-bodied Shiraz successfully combining fruit and spice flavours that offer a smooth, pleasing finish. For the ultimate Shiraz experience, serve generously with a cut of perfectly cooked beef steak.

The Unexpected Shiraz Preservative Free
Through an uncompromising winemaking process, the extended aging on lees has provided natural protection against oxidation, whilst giving the wine a savoury complexity. This process has plumped the body of the wine giving it further intricacy and has produced a superb bright purple hue from the rim through to its core. The nose is ripe with bold blackcurrant fruit and is sweet and luscious on the palate, with a fabulously long finish

Three Brothers Shiraz Journeys End
Deep black core with a dark red black tinged hue. Leaping from the glass is a combination of spicy dark plum and liquorice scents followed by some ripe blackberry, subtle vanillin earth and pepper notes.
