This wine is beautifully balanced, with excellent structure and length typifying the St Hugo Heritage of power and elegance.

This elegantly styled wine has rich, concentrated aromas of plum, blue and blackberry with a deep crimson hue. The palate has a moderate weight with flavours of plum supported by hints of spice, perfectly integrated tannins and a subtle tone of cherry on the close.

Shiraz grapes for this wine were hand picked at optimum ripeness from our carefully nurtured Western Australian vineyards. The wine displays a youthful rich and ripe palate with red berries and spices interwoven with oak. A well balanced, full bodied wine enhanced by soft tannins. An excellent accompaniment to grilled red meats and game dishes.

This is a vibrant young purple shiraz showing lots of juicy red berry fruit on the nose, raspberry and sweet spice. The palate is lively as expected with more red fruit some plums and a touch of aniseed spice. Medium bodied with gentle acid and soft tannins.

The grapes were picked at the ideal ripeness to capture the strong fruit flavours without overpowering tannins or spice while retaining elegance and complexity. Raspberries with cinnamon and vanilla nuances.Mouth-filling raspberries and dark berries. Hints of licorice and black pepper with a lingering finish.
A fine match for tomato-based pasta dishes, lamb and Mediterranean-style casseroles.

There are lifted aromas of ripe, dark berries along with subtle plum and cafe creme mocha and spicy overtones of nutmeg, cinnamon and clove aromas.
This is a rich, full-bodied wine with intense flavours of ripe dark cherry, plum, blackberry and blueberry fruit, with attractive spicy, charry oak characters of coffee and chocolate. The palate is well balanced with a silky, subtle soft, yet full texture to the mid-palate. The finish is persistent with lingering velvety tannins.

Shiraz wines from this region are typically characterised by lifted aromas of lavender and spice. The palate is full of red fruits, leather, cedar and fine, talc-like tannins.

Terroirs Eden Valley Shiraz
The wine reflects the slate and granite soils with strong mineral notes, and fruit flavours of blackberry, Morello cherry. Complex deeper notes of earth and cured meats bring the palate to a long and evenly weighted finish.
